AussieBettings operates under license from the NSW Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority. All betting activities are conducted in accordance with NSW gaming laws and regulations.

Bet Acceptance
- All bets are subject to acceptance by AussieBettings
- We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet
- Minimum bet amount: $1.00 AUD
- Maximum bet limits vary by sport and market
- Bets cannot be cancelled once accepted
Settlement Rules
- Bets are settled based on official results from governing bodies
- Dead heat rules apply where applicable
- Obvious errors in odds or results may void bets
- Disputes must be reported within 30 days of settlement
Daily Limits
- Deposit: $10,000 AUD
- Loss: $5,000 AUD
- Bet: $2,000 AUD per bet
Weekly Limits
- Deposit: $50,000 AUD
- Loss: $25,000 AUD
- Session: 4 hours maximum
Note: These are maximum limits. You can set lower personal limits through your account settings.
Sport-Specific Rules
- •Bets are settled based on official AFL results
- •Matches must be completed for bets to stand (unless otherwise stated)
- •Overtime periods are included in final results
- •Weather-related postponements: bets void if not completed within 48 hours
- •All bets settled on 80-minute regulation time plus stoppage time
- •Golden point extra time included in match result bets
- •Player performance bets void if player doesn't start the match
- •Venue changes: bets stand unless significant advantage is gained
- •Test matches: minimum 200 overs must be bowled for result bets
- •Limited overs: matches must reach natural conclusion or DLS applied
- •Player bets void if player doesn't participate in the match
- •Weather interruptions: official result determines settlement
- •Matches must be completed for bets to stand
- •Retirement or disqualification: opponent declared winner
- •Set betting: all sets must be completed
- •Surface or venue changes: bets remain valid
Deposits
- Minimum deposit: $10 AUD
- Deposits are processed instantly
- Credit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets accepted
- All deposits must be from accounts in your name
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: $20 AUD
- Processing time: 1-5 business days
- Identity verification required for first withdrawal
- Withdrawals processed to original deposit method where possible
Anti-Money Laundering
- All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal
- Large transactions may require additional verification
- Suspicious activity will be reported to authorities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Creating multiple accounts
- Sharing account credentials
- Betting on behalf of others
- Using automated betting systems or bots
- Attempting to manipulate odds or results
- Money laundering or fraudulent activity
- Underage gaming (under 18 years)
- Circumventing responsible gambling limits
Voluntary Closure
- You may close your account at any time
- Outstanding bets will be settled according to results
- Remaining balance will be returned within 5 business days
Self-Exclusion
- Available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently
- Cannot be reversed during the exclusion period
- Includes exclusion from marketing communications
- May be extended to other gaming platforms through BetStop
Involuntary Closure
We may close accounts for:
- Violation of terms and conditions
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Failure to provide required documentation
- Problem gaming concerns
Internal Complaints Process
- Contact customer support within 30 days of the incident
- Provide detailed information about your complaint
- We will investigate and respond within 15 business days
- If unsatisfied, you may escalate to our complaints manager

If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you may contact:
- NSW Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority
- Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA)
- NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT)
As required by NSW gaming regulations, we provide:

- Deposit, loss, and session time limits
- Self-exclusion options
- Links to gaming help services
- Regular account activity statements
- Staff training on problem gaming identification
